Xilitla: Mexico’s Jungle Castle

Xilitla is a town in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. It has an outdoor garden created by Edward Jamesand is set in the Jungle. Once you climb to the top, there are some stunning views, and one is pictured above. There are waterfalls and pools around the castle as well! In the picture above there is a waterfall and natural pool behind me but you can’t see it. There are also colorful flowers placed in different places around the castle, shown below….

The ruins of Palenque are located in the Mexican state of Chiapas in southern Mexico and are incredible. Palenque was a great Mayan city that flourished between circa 226BCE to CE 800.
